How do I view the courses available in Scilife Academy?
In the Scilife Academy, you can browse the various courses available or search for a specific course by category. If you are unsure about which courses to enroll in, we recommend exploring the catalog based on your role, expertise level, or interest.
Can I sign up for Scilife Academy if I don't have a company name and website?
Scilife Academy does not require verification of the company name or website URL on the registration form. You can enter any company name and URL to sign up.
Why am I unable to sign up for the Academy?
Ensure that all form fields are filled out correctly. Check for any fields outlined with a red border, which indicate errors, and correct any issues noted by the accompanying error message. If all fields are correctly filled and you still face issues, try registering using a different browser or contact our support for further assistance: (scilife_academy@scilife.io)
How do I view my certifications?
You can access your Scilife certifications from the 'My Learning' tab within the Academy.
How can I view, share, or download my certificates?
When you complete a Scilife Academy certification, you can view your certificate, or download a printable certificate. You can also share the certification on your social networks, such as LinkedIn.
How do I change the name displayed on a certification?
If you need to correct or change the name on your certification, update your name in your Scilife profile settings. Changes will be reflected on your certificate within a few minutes.
How do I check my certification, course, or lesson progress?
You can track the progress of your Scilife certifications from the 'My Learning' tab in the Academy.
How long do courses or certifications take?
To find out the duration of a course or certification, click 'View' on the relevant course or certification card in the Academy. The curriculum details, including the estimated time to complete the course or certification, will be displayed.
Can I have the questions and answers to my certification exam?
To ensure fairness and integrity, we do not provide the questions and answers from the exams. Please contact our support for a detailed breakdown of your performance by section. (scilife_academy@scilife.io)
How are exam scores determined?
Scores are automatically calculated by Scilife’s grading software, which assesses the number of correct responses and provides a detailed report of correct and incorrect answers.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes, you can retake quizzes as many times as you wish. There are no restrictions or waiting periods required before retaking a quiz.
Can I access Scilife Academy on mobile devices?
Yes, Scilife Academy is accessible on mobile devices through our responsive web platform. You can learn on-the-go using your smartphone or tablet.
